NBRC invites applications for admissions to Ph.D. and M.Sc. (Neuroscience) programmes. NBRC admits students with diverse academic backgrounds that include various branches of Life Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Medicine, Electrical Engineering, electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology.

Eligibility for the M.Sc. Neuroscience Course

A candidate seeking admission to the course of study leading to the award Master of Science in Neuroscience should meet the following criteria (one of points 2,3,4), from a university recognized by the competent authority governing in the respective areas with consistently good academic record.

Candidate securing 55% throughout the academic career starting at 10th grade will be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Science such as Biology / Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Statistics /
Computer Application / Pharmacy / Veterinary Science / Psychology or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine or equivalent.
Candidates awaiting results of the final year examination are also eligible to apply. Candidates have to provide
proof of having passed the qualifying examination at the time of interview
